We went to Phoenix Noodle last weekend to try what you said was the “best pho”. It was the least authentic pho that I have ever tasted. The broth was muddy and bland, the noodles were over cooked and the garnish was only bean sprouts and basil. When I asked for Cilantro, the server thought I was crazy and tried to argue with me. It is ALWAYS served with the addition of cilantro or culantro. r4 firmware
